Dave Nesmith

Dave Nesmith is M&B Machine’s Director of Customer Operations, bringing over four decades of machining and manufacturing leadership to every customer relationship he manages. Dave began his career as a Journeyman Machinist, a hands-on credential earned through the Pennsylvania Apprenticeship & Training Council. Since the, he’s built his way through shop floor leadership to general management roles spanning nearly 30 years. Before joining M&B, he spent over 25 years as General Manager at Cumberland Tool & Die, where he developed deep expertise in quoting, project management, and customer problem-solving across precision manufacturing. A Business Management graduate of Shippensburg University, Dave combines technical fluency with operational experience that most customer-facing roles simply don’t have.
