Jake Brenneman

Jake Brenneman is M&B Machine’s Director of Business Development and one of the longest-tenured machinists in the business, with over 30 years of hands-on experience dating back to 1995. Before moving into business development, Jake built his career on the shop floor and in leadership roles at major defense and aerospace contractors, where he served as Operations Manager overseeing CNC production and weld operations for large-scale military vehicle programs. His background in government communication, inspection, root cause analysis, and lean manufacturing means he understands what defense and aerospace customers actually need, and what it takes to deliver it.
