Jeffry Matesevac is the CEO of M&B Machine, where he leads company strategy, business development, and the operational systems that keep precision work moving on time. He joined the business his father founded in 1997 and has spent 5 years building its capabilities across aerospace, defense, and industrial markets — most recently expanding into 5th-axis machining. Jeffry’s focus is on the infrastructure behind the work: the processes, certifications, and people who let M&B hold tight tolerances and tighter deadlines.
